Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the iSteady M7, including all original accessories, cables, and manuals, in the original product packaging to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund
